If the order has already been shipped out, we unfortunately can no longer make modifications to your order.
You will receive an order confirmation via email containing the details of your order. In this mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID (e.g. #LYEXXXX), and a list of the item(s) you have ordered.
We always recommend to our valued customers to check their SPAM/FOLDER (as sometimes instead of getting it in your inbox, it is automatically went to your SPAM/FOLDER) if you have not received an order confirmation within 24-48 hours. Yes! We are proud to serve customers around the world! (we mostly can ship worldwide, however, there are some countries that maybe too expensive to ship or take too long to arrive)

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing of your order then your order will be ready to ship out. We have warehouses in the US, UK and Australia so shipping times will be dependent on your location and stock status. Please note that delivery time may be longer due to the high demand of our items and customs of the destination country .

Once your order has been shipped out and picked up by our courier, a tracking number will sent to you via email and sms. If you still haven't received your tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 3-5 days after your package have been shipped out. Therefore, if you can't find tracking information about your package, please try again 1-2 days later.
