HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order for your favorite item you need to:

  • Go to the link/page of your favorite product.
  • Then select the right color, size, design or any other variants.
  • Put the quantity you want to order (we highly recommend to order more than one to get a discount, the more you order, the higher the discount you will get!)
  • Click ’ADD TO CART’ button and click "checkout" once you add all the items you want to order.
  • And finally select the billing method, provide shipping information and an e-mail address to receive confirmation.

OH NO! I NEED TO MODIFY MY ORDER!

Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has NOT been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email (support@tabuu-direct.com) within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has already been shipped out, we unfortunately can no longer make modifications to your order.

 

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

You will receive an order confirmation via email containing the details of your order. In this mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID (e.g. #LYEXXXX), and a list of the item(s) you have ordered.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION?

We always recommend to our valued customers to check their SPAM/FOLDER (as sometimes instead of getting it in your inbox, it is automatically went to your SPAM/FOLDER)  if you have not received an order confirmation within 24-48 hours. If you still cannot find it there, please feel free to contact our Support team at support@tabuu-direct.com and we’ll send it to you right away.  Upon sending us an email, please kindly provide you complete name and email address you used when you place your order.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We are proud to serve customers around the world! (we mostly can ship worldwide, however, there are some countries that maybe too expensive to ship or take too long to arrive)

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED TO ME?

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing of your order then your order will be ready to ship out. We have warehouses in the US, UK and Australia so shipping times will be dependent on your location and stock status. Please note that delivery time may be longer due to the high demand of our items and customs of the destination country . 

If you haven't received the package in 6 weeks, please contact our Support Team (support@tabuuadultstore.com) and we will look into it.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your order has been shipped out and picked up by our courier, a tracking number will sent to you via email and sms. If you still haven't received your tracking number, please contact us at support@tabuu-direct.com

WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER ON THE WEBSITE?

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 3-5 days after your package have been shipped out. Therefore, if you can't find tracking information about your package, please try again 1-2 days later.

 

HELP! THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT!

If there's an issue with your package, please contact our Support Team (support@tabuu-direct.com). Please be sure to include your order and tracking numbers, a brief explanation of the problem, and any case or reference numbers you have stated with the courier. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

If the order did not arrive please contact us and we will look for a solution as soon as possible. There are two types of items Tabuu Adult Store sells, and they have slightly different Refund Policies:

  1. Retail Items: If the product does not satisfy you, please email us so we can determine if your claim is illegible for refund.. If the item is defective, we will either replace it at no cost for you, or you can send it back to us so that we may decide for a full refund. There is a full 30-day refund guarantee in case of a defective item.
  2. Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item.
